Code of conduct

ACRISS works to ensure the provision of accurate information when booking car rental and Mobility services through electronic booking systems.

The assurance of accurate information provides the travel professional and the consumer the ability to make an informed choice when booking car rental and other mobility services.

ACRISS and its members follow and adhere to a Code of Conduct, developed and created by our members to insure accurate and transparent information throughout the booking process.

Standards have been adopted for:

• • Car Codes and ACRISS Car Classification System
  • Optional Extras,Special Equipment and Ancillaries
  • Car Rental Industry Abbreviations and features
  • Airport Locations definitions
  • Location codes and definitions
  • Total Estimated charges (in conjunction with CMA guidelines)
